About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary point of contact between Magoya and the client, owning the day-to-day relationship at all levels.
- Deeply understand the client's business goals, challenges, and internal dynamics to proactively identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute an account growth plan that expands Magoya's scope and impact within the account.
- Anticipate needs before they become requests — bringing ideas, solutions, and proposals that strengthen the partnership.
- Collaborate closely with the Field Adoption, CX, and Communication teams to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
- Act as the internal voice of the client, ensuring Magoya's teams are always aligned with the client's priorities.
- Track account health, engagement levels, and growth metrics — reporting regularly to leadership.
- Represent Magoya at client meetings, events, and strategic reviews.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Based in Brazil.
- Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in account management, client success, or strategic partnerships — preferably in AgTech or tech services.
- Proven ability to grow and retain complex, high-value accounts.
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, opportunity-driven mindset.
- High comfort level with digital tools and CRM platforms.
- Advanced English required.
