About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze procurement markets and prepare relevant market intelligence and information
- Support the development and implementation of commodity strategies
- Assist with supplier management activities
- Contribute to evaluating and improving the supplier inquiry process
- Support preparation for and participation in supplier negotiations and contract agreements
- Help ensure budget targets are achieved in line with the business plan
- Support the Program Purchasing team while gaining hands-on experience in strategic and operational procurement processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Business-related studies preferred over a purely technical background
- Specialization in Supply Chain Management or initial internship experience in the field is advantageous
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken
- Confident and professional personality able to build trust and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Independent and structured working style with excellent attention to detail
- Strong willingness to learn and high motivation
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to shared success
