About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support sales operations and data management activities across key systems
Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and data integrity
Provide data-driven insights and maintain high-quality datasets
Act as a key interface between Sales, Product Areas, and Finance
Manage and maintain vehicle volume data and ensure pricing accuracy
Monitor and track Long-Term Agreements (LTA) versus planning
Update sourcing opportunities and pipeline data
Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts
Support Sales teams in improving reporting capabilities and data processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
Proven experience in sales data analysis and reporting
Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
Business fluent in written and spoken English
Fluent in written and spoken German are an advantage
