About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Global IT, the Group, and the Divisions within the region.
  • Maximize the value realized from IT assets, investments, and capabilities.
  • Drive adoption of established standards across Divisions within the region.
  • Develop and execute the IT strategy for the Exteriors group office and all Divisions.
  • Build relationships with key business stakeholders to understand strategic direction.
  • Identify opportunities for IT to support the business.
  • Maintain visibility within the Global IT organization by participating in regional meetings.
  • Advocate for the North American region and its Divisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College diploma or university degree in business administration, computer science, finance, or information systems.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Experience supporting a high-paced 24/7 operating environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the organization’s core business processes and operations.
  • Demonstrated program management skills, including planning and control processes.
  • Understanding of application development and software development life cycle concepts.
  • Ability to understand, communicate, and present complex business solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively up and down the management chain.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% as required.
