About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary liaison between Global IT, the Group, and the Divisions within the region.
Maximize the value realized from IT assets, investments, and capabilities.
Drive adoption of established standards across Divisions within the region.
Develop and execute the IT strategy for the Exteriors group office and all Divisions.
Build relationships with key business stakeholders to understand strategic direction.
Identify opportunities for IT to support the business.
Maintain visibility within the Global IT organization by participating in regional meetings.
Advocate for the North American region and its Divisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

College diploma or university degree in business administration, computer science, finance, or information systems.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the manufacturing industry.
Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
Experience supporting a high-paced 24/7 operating environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of the organization’s core business processes and operations.
Demonstrated program management skills, including planning and control processes.
Understanding of application development and software development life cycle concepts.
Ability to understand, communicate, and present complex business solutions.
Ability to communicate effectively up and down the management chain.
Ability to travel up to 80% as required.
