Requirements

What you’ll need

WordPress site expertise: must be highly proficient in building and maintaining WordPress sites, particularly with Elementor.
Cloudflare: experience configuring DNS, CDN, caching rules, and security settings.
JavaScript & CSS: strong front-end skills for building and customizing web experiences.
Site Reliability: ability to monitor uptime, diagnose issues, and maintain stability.
Site Performance Optimization: hands-on experience improving Core Web Vitals, page speed, and load times.
Analytics & Tracking: proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Strong design mindset: ability to implement polished, pixel-perfect designs with an eye for UX.
Nice to Have
Elementor or a similar page-builder (e.g., Divi, Beaver Builder).
PHP: familiarity with theme/plugin customization in WordPress.
Experience with A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
Familiarity with SEO best practices.
