About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare estimates for inspections, repairs, maintenance services, and corrective work.
Develop pricing proposals for service agreements and contract renewals.
Calculate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Ensure estimates align with company pricing standards and profitability goals.
Review inspection reports, service records, and deficiency lists.
Identify required corrective actions and develop accurate repair estimates.
Prepare renewal proposals for existing customers and expiring service agreements.
Support customer retention efforts through timely and accurate proposal preparation.
Assist account managers and service teams in maintaining strong client relationships.
Communicate with vendors to obtain pricing for materials and equipment.
Ensure estimates and proposals are completed accurately and within required timelines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years of estimating or service pricing experience
Experience preparing estimates, quotes, or proposals for service, maintenance, or repair work.
Ability to read and interpret inspection reports, service reports, or deficiency lists.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience with CRM systems or estimating software is a plus.
Knowledge of fire protection systems, including fire sprinklers, fire alarms, extinguishers, and suppression systems, is highly preferred.
