Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience building and shipping production software
- Hands-on with: Ruby on Rails, TypeScript/Node.js, React, AWS
- Solid engineering fundamentals: CI/CD, testing, observability, scalable design
- Confidence to challenge ideas and contribute to technical decisions
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.)
- Bonus: experience in healthcare or other regulated environments
