About the role
- Lead and manage a team delivering month-end reporting, forecasting, including end-to-end financial control across the business
- Partner with the leadership team to deliver monthly management reporting for executive and Board presentations
- Maintain a strong financial control environment, including review of balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage the capital expenditure process, including tracking progress against key milestones
- Conduct commercial financial analysis and support business cases and strategic initiatives
- Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with the leadership team
- Provide financial insight to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance
- Identify and implement improvements to financial systems, processes, and reporting while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
Requirements
- Tertiary qualified with CA or CPA accreditation
- Demonstrated experience in a commercial finance environment
- Strong financial accounting experience, including general ledger reconciliations and statutory reporting
- Proven capability in management reporting and financial analysis
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics financial system is highly desirable.
