About the role

  • Prospect and qualify leads (large companies, institutions) in Switzerland for various sectors (primarily Luxury, Retail and CPG).
  • Run initial client meetings and prepare commercial proposals in collaboration with the technical teams.
  • Manage and enrich the sales pipeline in the CRM, follow up on opportunities and handle reporting.
  • Take part in local events (meetups, trade shows, webinars) and marketing initiatives to increase visibility.
  • Collect market feedback and contribute to improving our service offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5 equivalent) — business school, management school, or a technical degree with a business orientation.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in business development, ideally in services, consulting or B2B environments.
  • Strong interest in consulting services, technology and digital transformation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong appetite for fieldwork, prospecting and negotiation.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a strong results orientation.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and collaborative office tools.
  • Fluent French required; professional English required. German and/or Italian are a plus.
