About the role

  • Work on the development and configuration of the ServiceNow platform, participating in the implementation, enhancement and optimization of applications for our clients.
  • Contribute to configuring and developing features: forms, workflows, automations and user portals.
  • Implement business rules and application logic within the platform (client- and server-side).
  • Help set up integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems via APIs.
  • Follow ServiceNow development, governance and security best practices.
  • Actively participate in testing phases, deployments, post-production support and continuous improvement activities.
  • Write and maintain documentation related to the developments performed.

Requirements

  • Strong fundamentals in object-oriented programming and JavaScript.
  • Basic knowledge of databases and algorithms.
  • Understanding of how a web SaaS application works and the client/server model.
  • First experience or a strong interest in managing REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Specific ServiceNow skills will be provided through our internal academy (training + certifications).
  • Initial exposure to ServiceNow or ITIL is a plus but not required.
  • Comfortable with technical topics and motivated to become a ServiceNow expert.
  • Ability to learn quickly, technological curiosity and a commitment to quality.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a service mindset: teamwork and ease in client-facing interactions.
