About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work in corporate law and capital markets transactions with a focus on public companies and strategic transactions.
  • Provide legal support on corporate matters related to public companies.
  • Assist in advising public companies on corporate actions included in their annual calendar.
  • Support clients in the annual review of the reference form, the Form 20-F and the corporate governance report.
  • Draft and review bylaws, shareholder agreements and corporate policies.
  • Support the implementation of corporate governance practices.
  • Work on public offering processes (bonds, follow-ons, IPOs).
  • Participate in due diligence processes for public securities offerings.
  • Support interactions with regulators (CVM, B3).
  • Provide legal consulting, including the preparation of legal opinions and memoranda.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in corporate law involving public companies.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of CVM and B3 regulations.
  • Commitment, ability to handle multiple assignments, organization and attention to detail.
  • Advanced English (reading, writing and professional communication).
