About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead execution of enterprise talent strategies supporting leadership capability, AI-driven workforce transformation, succession pipelines, performance ownership, and people analytics
  • Design and implement enterprise leadership development strategy and scalable programs for new, mid-level, and senior leaders
  • Assess leadership capability, identify development priorities, evaluate program impact, and improve learning experiences
  • Develop people strategies supporting AI adoption and workforce transformation
  • Identify AI-related capability gaps and partner with HR, IT, and business functions to redesign work, roles, and skills
  • Drive change management initiatives and introduce AI-enabled talent solutions and HR technologies
  • Build AI-enabled workflows across talent management, leadership development, performance management, and workforce planning
  • Lead enterprise talent review and succession planning processes
  • Develop succession pipelines and strategies for high-potential talent
  • Monitor organizational bench strength and succession readiness
  • Evolve performance management toward performance ownership, goals, continuous feedback, and accountability
  • Design performance processes and strengthen goal setting, performance differentiation, development planning, coaching, and feedback
  • Develop people analytics dashboards and metrics evaluating talent health
  • Translate workforce data into actionable insights and present executive-ready recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 15+ years of progressive HR/Talent Management experience
  • Enterprise-level strategy leadership and facilitation experience
  • Experience leading leadership development, succession planning, talent management, or organizational development initiatives
  • Experience partnering with HRBPs and senior executives
  • Experience leading change and transformation initiatives
  • Experience using HR analytics to influence business decisions
  • Experience with AI-enabled HR technologies and digital transformation
  • Ability to travel
