About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Directing, monitoring, and enhancing specialty pharmacy operations within Madrigal’s Market Access and Trade team
  • Managing dispensing operations across the channel to drive continuous improvement in patient access and adherence
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders including MPS, Marketing, Data Analytics, Medical Affairs, Finance, Pricing & Contracting, Regulatory, Legal, and Market Access field team
  • Engaging external stakeholders in day-to-day program operations and analysis of key data and KPIs
  • Developing and implementing operational structures to support Madrigal’s specialty pharmacy network strategy
  • Overseeing brand planning initiatives, operational plans, project budgets, expenses, and timelines
  • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of Adverse Events received through SP network

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business or Pharmacy preferred
  • 12-15+ years of related experience in the biopharma industry with high performance in leadership roles
  • 7 - 10 years of healthcare industry customer/vendor management experience strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of experience operationalizing specialty pharmacy programs and networks required
  • Ability to develop insights from data trends to improve program performance
  • Experience with pre-launch drugs and new product launches preferred
  • Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team and in an environment of rapid change
  • Excellent written, organizational, verbal, presentation, and communication skills a must
  • Proficient in MS Office products including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
