About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Directing, monitoring, and enhancing specialty pharmacy operations within Madrigal’s Market Access and Trade team
Managing dispensing operations across the channel to drive continuous improvement in patient access and adherence
Collaborating with internal stakeholders including MPS, Marketing, Data Analytics, Medical Affairs, Finance, Pricing & Contracting, Regulatory, Legal, and Market Access field team
Engaging external stakeholders in day-to-day program operations and analysis of key data and KPIs
Developing and implementing operational structures to support Madrigal’s specialty pharmacy network strategy
Overseeing brand planning initiatives, operational plans, project budgets, expenses, and timelines
Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of Adverse Events received through SP network

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business or Pharmacy preferred
12-15+ years of related experience in the biopharma industry with high performance in leadership roles
7 - 10 years of healthcare industry customer/vendor management experience strongly preferred
5+ years of experience operationalizing specialty pharmacy programs and networks required
Ability to develop insights from data trends to improve program performance
Experience with pre-launch drugs and new product launches preferred
Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team and in an environment of rapid change
Excellent written, organizational, verbal, presentation, and communication skills a must
Proficient in MS Office products including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
