About the role
- Direct, monitor, and enhance specialty pharmacy operations within Madrigal’s Market Access and Trade team
- Manage the dispensing operations to drive continuous improvement in patient access and adherence
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to identify patient access opportunities
- Engage external stakeholders in day-to-day program operations and analysis of key data and KPIs
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and prepare materials
- Oversee operational plans, project budgets, expenses, and timelines
- Create and maintain necessary policies, procedures, and business rules
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business or Pharmacy preferred
- 10+ years of related experience in the biopharma industry
- 3 - 5 years of healthcare industry customer/vendor management experience strongly preferred
- 3+ years of experience operationalizing specialty pharmacy programs and networks required
- Ability to develop insights from data trends to improve program performance
- Experience with pre-launch drugs and new product launches preferred
- Proficient in MS Office products including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
