About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • - Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with clients.
  • - Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • - Support pricing discussions, transaction volume forecasting, and contract negotiations.
  • - Conduct documentation pre-checks and coordinate with compliance teams.
  • - Oversee onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote services and attract new clients.
  • - Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, compliance, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - 2–3+ years of experience in the payments/fintech industry.
  • - Solid background in card acquiring (mandatory).
  • - Proven track record in client management, partnerships, or business development.
  • - Strong understanding of payment processes, merchant needs, and industry regulations.
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • - Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
