About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, execute, and monitor LiveOps initiatives, including in-game events, content updates, and promotions, to drive player engagement and business performance
  • Manage live event setup, scheduling, launch, and performance tracking to ensure smooth deployment and effective use of team-created content
  • Support game economy and monetization improvements by identifying opportunities across ads, purchases, rewards, and content value
  • Collaborate with game design, marketing, and data teams to test, optimize, and iterate on event designs, balancing player experience with business goals
  • Analyze game KPIs, A/B tests, and player segments to measure LiveOps impact and refine strategies
  • Improve LiveOps tools, workflows, and processes to strengthen operational efficiency
  • Contribute ideas on progression, rewards, player experience, and future LiveOps opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–2 years of experience in LiveOps, Product Management, or a related role within a mobile gaming environment
  • Proven ability to manage LiveOps cycles end-to-end, from setup and launch to monitoring, analysis, and iteration in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to structure and interpret data, draw clear insights, and make thoughtful data-informed decisions, even with incomplete information
  • Solid understanding of player experience, rewards, progression, engagement mechanics, and LiveOps best practices in a live Free-to-Play game
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional work with Game Design, Data, User Acquisition, and Game Management teams
  • Hands-on experience with LiveOps tools, CRM systems, A/B testing platforms, or similar tools used to configure, manage, and optimize live content
  • Curiosity and willingness to grow in product thinking, experimentation, LiveOps strategy, and player-centric decision-making
  • Most importantly: a genuine passion for mobile games, creating high-quality player experiences, and bringing smiles to millions of players.
