Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR consulting or a similar HR role
- In-depth understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate effectively to employees at all levels
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Capacity to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are highly desirable
