About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate and support projects in BIM management, digital data processes, and AI-driven workflows at the interface between our clients and our development team.
Analyze, structure and optimize building data across the entire lifecycle.
Support the implementation and further development of digital validation processes, automated workflows, and AI applications.
Familiarize yourself with standards, guidelines and BIM standards.
Coordinate with development teams on functional requirements, data workflows and AI solutions.
Prepare technical documentation, guidelines and project reports.
Conduct technical testing and validation of software and AI solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor's or Master's) in Civil Engineering, Construction Informatics, Digital Construction, Computer-Aided Modeling and Simulation, BIM, or a related field.
Interest in BIM-supported building management, digital data processes, and AI-supported applications.
Analytical, structured and precise way of working.
Responsible, independent and a communicative personality who enjoys working in project teams with clients.
Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage.
No extensive professional experience required, but you should have completed a few internships — motivation, structured working style and your personality are decisive.
