About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare architectural designs in Revit across different phases (technical feasibility, site survey, conceptual study, preliminary design, and construction documentation), ensuring deadlines and quality requirements are met while optimizing cost.
Review client requests to determine conditions and materials required for execution of services.
Assist in managing project revisions and verify coordination/compatibility between disciplines.
Coordinate externally developed designs, liaise with suppliers, and monitor associated costs.
Support construction, permitting, finance, and other departments to keep project documentation and systems updated and controlled.
Comply with operational controls applicable to your area of responsibility.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
Experience developing large-scale projects (buildings, churches, hotels, etc.).
Mandatory intermediate/advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
Knowledge of Twinmotion or other rendering tools (advantage).
Experience with collaborative project development platforms, such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) (advantage).
