About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare architectural designs in Revit across different stages (technical feasibility, preliminary study, schematic design and construction documentation), ensuring deadlines, quality requirements, and cost-efficiency are met;
Review client requests to determine conditions and materials required for executing the services;
Assist with revision control of projects and verify compatibility between disciplines;
Coordinate externally developed projects, interact with suppliers and monitor associated costs;
Support construction, permitting, finance and other departments to keep project information and systems up to date and under control;
Comply with operational controls applicable to your area of responsibility.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field;
Experience with retail-sector projects;
Mandatory: intermediate to advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit;
Advantage: experience with collaborative project development platforms, such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
