About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the technical team during the pre-construction phase, organizing requests, priorities, outstanding issues, decision records, and approval workflows.
  • Support the definition of project assumptions, guidelines, constraints, scopes, and technical criteria, considering interfaces between architecture, complementary disciplines, cost estimating, scheduling, and construction.
  • Coordinate and follow up on legal approvals, assisting with document organization, interfaces with designers, consultants, and regulatory authorities, as well as tracking pending items and conditions.
  • Manage interfaces with clients, designers, consultants, and internal teams, aligning expectations, responsibilities, technical solutions, and next steps.
  • Coordinate the development and review of architectural and complementary discipline designs, design narratives, specifications, and other technical documents.
  • Lead project coordination in BIM, using models and collaboration tools for organization, analysis, clash detection/coordination, and information tracking.
  • Identify gaps, clashes, and needs for additional information among disciplines, supporting the technical coordination of projects.
  • Prepare constructability analyses and value engineering studies, supporting technical decisions with impacts on cost, schedule, quality, and performance.
  • Support the preparation of technical inputs for cost estimating, scheduling, procurement, and subsequent construction phases.
  • Attend technical meetings, consolidate action items, and ensure traceability of decisions throughout the process.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism.
  • Experience coordinating projects in BIM.
  • Strong technical communication, organizational skills, and ability to lead a team.
  • Experience in pre-construction, project management, or technical coordination.
  • Experience with different building typologies and project types.
  • Postgraduate degree, specialization, or certifications in BIM, project management, project coordination, or related fields.
