About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare technical inputs for proposals and pre-construction studies, considering assumptions, scopes, solutions, risks and opportunities.
Coordinate and perform technical analysis of designs, technical reports/memoranda, specifications, quantities and other engineering documents.
Develop value engineering analyses, evaluating technical alternatives with a focus on constructability, cost, schedule, quality and performance.
Support coordination among disciplines, identifying clashes, technical gaps and requirements for additional work.
Serve as a technical reference for design and construction teams, supporting clarifications, decision-making and solutions for field issues.
Manage technical interfaces with clients, designers, consultants, procurement, estimating, planning and construction teams.
Support the hiring and oversight of designers, including analysis of scopes, technical proposals, deliverables and schedules.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for project analysis and interpretation
Strong technical communication skills, integrated perspective and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
Experience with different types and typologies of construction projects
Advanced English for conversations and client alignments
