About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a technical reference in road engineering, supporting the analysis of opportunities and sector demands.
Support the preparation of technical proposals by reviewing requests for proposals, terms of reference, contracts, technical annexes, performance requirements, assumptions, scopes, deliverables, interfaces, risks, and technical gaps.
Contribute solutions related to design, planning, budgeting, construction, operation, maintenance, preservation, and roadway improvements.
Manage technical interfaces with clients, highway concessionaires, designers, consultants, and involved teams, supporting proposal development and the structuring of future work.
Support the company's growth in the road sector by providing technical knowledge, critical insight, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to integration with BIM methodologies, digital engineering, information management, KPIs, and decision-support tools, where applicable.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Practical experience in road engineering.
Strong technical communication skills, systems thinking, and the ability to collaborate with clients, highway concessionaires, designers, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
Direct experience with highway concessionaires, regulatory agencies, granting authorities, or concession contracts.
Knowledge of road operation programs, contractual obligations, CAPEX, OPEX, mandatory works, operational improvements, rehabilitation, capacity expansion, preservation, or road maintenance.
Experience with BIM, digital engineering, Civil 3D, planning and cost-estimation tools, GIS, Power BI, or technical software applied to road engineering.
Postgraduate degree, specialization, or certifications in road infrastructure, transportation, pavement engineering, project management, concessions, or related areas.
