About the role
- Work with the Development Team on the development of projects and executive solutions in architectural projects, interfacing with clients and stakeholders, with a focus on coordination and detailing of special projects, ensuring delivery within required deadlines and quality standards, at optimal cost;
- Manage and efficiently apply the technical, legal and standardization requirements involved in project development, as well as client requests, ensuring quality assurance and compliance with current regulations;
- Ability to work on and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously;
- Assist in controlling project revisions and verifying compatibility among disciplines;
- Analyze and validate base deliverables for project development, such as surveys, reports and project bases; design manuals and standard detail books; and other items provided by the client;
- Coordinate the architectural design with other disciplines;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Revit (required)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, having worked on detailing and coordination of architectural and interior projects and solutions in architecture and/or multidisciplinary firms;
- Strong knowledge of materials and construction techniques, detailing, and specification of construction and finishes;
- Quality-control oriented profile, focused on ensuring project standards;
- Advanced knowledge of standards (e.g., NBR 9050, NBR 15575) and effective coordination with permit/design approval teams and engineering disciplines;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
