About the role

  • Prepare architectural projects at different stages (preliminary study, schematic design and construction documents), ensuring deadlines and quality requirements are met in the most cost-effective manner;
  • Review client requests regarding conditions and materials required to carry out services;
  • Manage project revision control and verify coordination/compatibility between disciplines;
  • Develop technical feasibility studies for analysis and approval of process costs;
  • Analyze and validate conducted surveys/measurements;
  • Coordinate the architectural design with other disciplines;
  • Support construction, permitting, finance and other departments to ensure project and system updates and control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism (or equivalent);
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite;
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Revit is required;
  • Experience with retail construction documents/executive projects: bank branches, mall stores, restaurants, etc.
