About the role
- Develop architectural projects across different stages (preliminary study, schematic design and executive design), ensuring schedule and quality requirements are met while optimizing costs
- Review client requests to assess conditions and materials required for service execution
- Manage project revision control and verify compatibility/coordination between project documents
- Develop technical feasibility studies to support cost analysis and approval of processes
- Analyze and validate site surveys and field measurements
- Coordinate the architectural design with other disciplines
- Support construction, permitting, finance and other departments to ensure projects and systems are kept up to date and under control.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Revit (required)
- Experience with executive retail projects: bank branches, shopping mall stores, restaurants, etc.
