About the role
- Coordinate and organize supplier contract information for the Strategic Sourcing Team.
- Upload and enter contracts into the Contract Repository accurately, capturing critical operational details
- Administer a monthly process to solicit contract disposition feedback from internal stakeholders and take associated action.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc departmental reports as required and/or requested.
- Execute quality control processes to maintain data integrity.
- Complete project work to enhance contract metadata.
- Respond to requests for contract documentation.
- Provide input on process improvement initiatives.
- Review and analyze existing third-party contracts against Bank standards
- Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s risk appetite.
- Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
- Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associates’ degree and a minimum of 1 years’ work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 3 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 years’ work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong time management skills
- Working knowledge of personal computers including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and contact management software
