Coordinate and organize supplier contract information for the Strategic Sourcing Team.
Upload and enter contracts into the Contract Repository accurately, capturing critical operational details
Administer a monthly process to solicit contract disposition feedback from internal stakeholders and take associated action.
Generate regular and ad-hoc departmental reports as required and/or requested.
Execute quality control processes to maintain data integrity.
Complete project work to enhance contract metadata.
Respond to requests for contract documentation.
Provide input on process improvement initiatives.
Review and analyze existing third-party contracts against Bank standards
Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s risk appetite.
Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
Complete other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Associates’ degree and a minimum of 1 years’ work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 3 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 years’ work experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
Strong time management skills
Working knowledge of personal computers including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and contact management software
