Key responsibilities & impact

Manage administrative, relationship management and planning for assigned product lines
Cultivate present and prospective clients as sources of new business
Meet with clients to ensure quality of service and uncover opportunities for referrals
Manage, coach and mentor Relationship Managers and other staff members
Lead development and implementation of process improvements
Maintain administrative, operational and risk management support for Unit
Participate in revenue generating efforts
Collaborate to implement strategic plan
Represent Unit or Division on Enterprise-wide projects and initiatives
Exercise usual authority concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, and other related management functions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 5 years’ related experience, or 9 years’ higher education and/or work experience including 5 years’ related experience
Minimum of 2 years’ work leadership, supervisory and/or managerial experience
Strong customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Problem resolution skills
Resource management skills
Strong decision-making skills
