About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to and resolve Service Desk escalations based on outcome of previous incidents.
- Create/document procedures for work orders and request-based tasks.
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues.
- Complete systems maintenance activities following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Research options when anomalies occur; identify recommendations to address them and review with senior staff.
- Participate in project work in cross-functional teams; lead technical team within a project and provide input to design efforts.
- Complete evening and weekend responsibilities as scheduled.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 6 years’ higher education and/or work experience
- Prior experience reading and digesting technical information
- Detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer focus including ability to manage customer needs and multiple work priorities
- Solid working experience with Broadcom Automic job scheduler or similar products such as Broadcom Autosys, BMC Control-M, Forta JAMS, Redwood ActiveBatch.
