About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manages all activities of a branch and is responsible for the overall success of branch operations
Directs sales and business development, meeting operational objectives and ensuring annual goals are achieved
Coaches and develops branch staff while identifying customer needs through sales processes
Engages with all team members and business partners as appropriate
Independently processes all Business Banking loan requests up to $100,000

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree, OR, in lieu of degree, Four (4) years’ relevant experience
Minimum three years sales experience
Minimum two years’ managerial experience or proven leadership abilities
Life/Accident and Health Insurance licensing required within 18 months of entry into position
Must be fluent in Spanish/English or Korean/English
Strong knowledge of Business Banking products, services and client relationship management
Proficiency with common PC software, including Microsoft Office for word processing and spreadsheets
