About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage existing MTEFC business relationships in conjunction with senior management
Solicit the existing customer base to originate new financing opportunities
Assess experience, financial condition, and collateral of customers to identify needs
Provide industry and customer intelligence to senior management
Assist senior management with sales training
Work with management and support teams to drive success and efficiency
Represent the organization in the marketplace
Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards
Maintain internal control standards and implement audit points as necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 7 years’ relevant work experience, or 11 years of higher education and/or work experience, including 7 years of relevant experience
Prior credit underwriting experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong analytical skills
