About the role
- Manages all activities of a branch
- Responsible for overall profitability and success of the branch operating model
- Builds and develops branch staff
- Provides coaching and guidance to improve customer service
- Ensures compliance with operational policies/procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, OR, in lieu of degree, Four (4) years’ relevant experience
- Minimum three years sales experience
- Minimum two years’ managerial experience or proven leadership abilities
- Bilingual/Spanish preferred
- Strong knowledge of Business Banking products and services.
