About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and forecast consumer deposit performance (checking, savings, CDs) by product, region, and customer segment
- Monitor how pricing decisions impact balance growth, customer behavior, and profitability at a detailed and ongoing level
- Evaluate whether portfolio performance aligns with pricing strategy and business objectives
- Build and maintain pricing and performance decision frameworks that enable timely, informed business decisions
- Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of dashboards and reporting (Tableau or Power BI)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, pricing, or a related business function
- Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
