About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary relationship lead for large-dollar, highly complex commercial loan clients
  • Proactively source new business opportunities while expanding existing relationships through strategic cross-selling of loan, deposit, and fee-based products
  • Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand business operations, financial requirements, and risk profiles
  • Analyze credit information and present well-founded relationship and credit recommendations
  • Protect and grow portfolio profitability by maintaining superior asset quality
  • Execute a disciplined, formal calling program designed to generate new loan revenue
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitive activity, and economic developments to identify growth opportunities
  • Act as a visible ambassador of the Bank through active participation in civic, professional, and community organizations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors Degree or four years relevant experience
  • Minimum of seven years commercial portfolio management experience
  • Advanced financial analysis skills and strong command of commercial credit principles
  • Broad understanding of commercial banking products, including fee-based solutions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to influence, sell, and build long-term client relationships
  • Strong presentation skills with the confidence to represent the Bank in both client and community settings.
