About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary relationship lead for large-dollar, highly complex commercial loan clients
- Proactively source new business opportunities while expanding existing relationships through strategic cross-selling of loan, deposit, and fee-based products
- Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand business operations, financial requirements, and risk profiles
- Analyze credit information and present well-founded relationship and credit recommendations
- Protect and grow portfolio profitability by maintaining superior asset quality
- Execute a disciplined, formal calling program designed to generate new loan revenue
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitive activity, and economic developments to identify growth opportunities
- Act as a visible ambassador of the Bank through active participation in civic, professional, and community organizations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors Degree or four years relevant experience
- Minimum of seven years commercial portfolio management experience
- Advanced financial analysis skills and strong command of commercial credit principles
- Broad understanding of commercial banking products, including fee-based solutions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to influence, sell, and build long-term client relationships
- Strong presentation skills with the confidence to represent the Bank in both client and community settings.
