Key responsibilities & impact

Lead one or more project or task workstreams within larger transformation or implementation programs.
Develop and manage workplans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependency tracking.
Facilitate internal and client meetings, governance sessions, and decision forums.
Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and escalation pathways.
Coordinate across functional teams, subcontractors, client stakeholders, and leadership.
Provide regular status reporting and executive-level updates.
Ensure delivery quality, responsiveness, and alignment to client priorities.
Help establish or refine governance, delivery rhythms, and decision-making structures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Eligible to work in the US
Bachelor’s degree.
7-12+ years of relevant experience in project management, program management, workstream leadership, or management consulting.
Demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational leadership skills.
Experience managing schedules, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or related certification preferred.
Experience supporting federal agencies is preferred.
Experience with VA, VHA, healthcare transformation, EHR modernization, or large-scale implementation efforts preferred.
Experience leading PMO or governance functions preferred.
Experience operating in matrixed or integrated delivery environments preferred.
