About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

help clients prepare for, adopt, and sustain change across complex transformation and implementation initiatives.
supports organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, sponsor alignment, and adoption planning.
assess impacts, identify barriers, develop change strategies, and support clients in moving from decision to action.
Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and readiness reviews.
Develop change management plans, readiness strategies, communications plans, and adoption tools.
Support sponsor engagement and leadership alignment.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, feedback sessions, and readiness discussions.
Identify change risks, resistance points, and mitigation actions.
Develop talking points, implementation guidance, and stakeholder-facing materials.
Support execution of change, communications, and adoption activities across workstreams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Eligible to work in the US
Bachelor’s degree.
4-10+ years of relevant experience in organizational change management, readiness, adoption, stakeholder engagement, or transformation support.
Experience supporting organizational transitions or implementation efforts.
Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to develop practical plans and materials that help organizations navigate change.
