Support executive decision-making, governance design, strategic alignment, and policy-informed implementation across complex federal initiatives.
Help clients connect mission priorities to practical structures, decisions, and actions.
Shape governance models, facilitate executive discussions, and produce decision-support materials.
Design or refine governance structures, decision forums, roles, and accountability mechanisms.
Conduct policy, organizational, and operational analysis to inform leadership decisions.
Facilitate executive workshops, planning sessions, and governance meetings.
Develop strategic briefs, decision memos, recommendations, and executive presentations.
Help align strategy, governance, and implementation structures.
Support clients in clarifying priorities and creating structure in ambiguous environments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Eligible to work in the US
Bachelor’s degree.
5-12+ years of relevant experience in strategy, governance, policy analysis, organizational planning, or management consulting.
Strong analytical writing and facilitation skills.
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations for leadership.
Experience supporting decision-making in multi-stakeholder environments.
