About the role
- Independently drive and lead projects to optimize internal company processes.
- Advise and support business units in internal and cross-functional process management.
- Prepare, implement, and support change processes.
- Support the development, expansion, and optimization of organizational structures as part of organizational development.
- Prepare and analyze information, data, and key performance indicators as a basis for decision-making.
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration or equivalent qualification, ideally with professional experience.
- Methodological competence in project, process, and change management.
- Experience in organizational and/or process management and documentation of business processes is desirable.
- Strong technical understanding and proficiency with Office tools (O365).
- Independent, structured, and (self-)organized working style.
- High level of communication skills and a confident manner in spoken and written communication.
- Understanding of cross-departmental interdependencies.
- Analytical thinking skills.
- Persuasiveness and assertiveness.
