About the role

  • Independently driving and leading projects to optimize internal company processes
  • Advising and supporting departments in internal and cross-functional process management

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, ideally with professional experience
  • Methodological competence in project, process and change management
  • Experience in organizational and/or process management and in documenting business processes is desirable
  • Strong technical aptitude and confidence in using Office tools (O365)
  • Independent, structured and (self-)organized way of working
  • High willingness to communicate and confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of cross-departmental interrelationships
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Strong persuasion and assertiveness skills
