About the role

  • Responsibility for planning, programming and continuous further development of software solutions for desktop, mobile and interface programming
  • Co-responsible for the strategic development and expansion of the company's in-house software products
  • Analyze business requirements and specify the scope of software projects
  • Lead various software development projects and create technical concepts
  • Team coordination and professional development of the team
  • Develop software solutions, optimize performance and fix defects
  • Close collaboration with internal departments, IT, marketing and business units
  • Make decisions on the best approaches to solving problems and align the team with a service-oriented focus

Requirements

  • Degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in software development
  • Initial experience leading a development team is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems and their processes
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and database programming
  • Good knowledge of the programming languages C++ and/or C#
  • Experience with web services (REST/SOAP) is desirable
  • Motivation, commitment and a proactive approach to your tasks
  • Independent, structured and responsible way of working
  • Analytical thinking and a strong quality orientation
