About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide consultative management of major national accounts, conducting on-site visits and virtual meetings focused on contract retention, renewal, and expansion.
- Develop campaigns, initiatives, and commercial projects specifically targeted at clients' Payroll and Human Resources (HR) departments.
- Identify portfolio risks from data and reports, acting proactively and collaborating with internal teams to ensure retention (churn control).
- Monitor the customer journey end-to-end, analyze portfolio performance indicators, and propose continuous improvements.
- Serve as the client's primary point of contact within our company, ensuring deadlines are met and requests are resolved promptly.
- Actively participate in organizing and attending corporate events, trade shows, and company celebrations, strengthening the brand's institutional relationship with partners.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong background in strategic account management (Key Accounts), large-scale B2B relationship management, or corporate Customer Success.
- Willingness and availability to travel to different regions of the country for client visits and in-person events.
- Previous experience working with clients/partners in Human Resources (HR) or Payroll.
- Analytical profile for risk management, excellent communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex negotiations.
