About the role
- Comprehensive assurance of the quality of our software products through continuous testing and reviews.
- Develop, implement and track test strategies, concepts and plans.
- Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to identify and resolve ambiguities and defects.
- Review requirements for testability.
- Design, execute and evaluate manual and automated test cases.
- Document test results and assess deviations.
- Integrate tests into project platforms such as Azure DevOps.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in software testing or software quality assurance.
- You take ownership and responsibility.
- Proactive approach, strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of test methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Appium, Playwright, Ranorex or similar.
- Experience in automated testing of UIs, REST APIs as well as load and performance testing.
- Programming skills in C# and experience with Microsoft Visual Studio (or Visual Studio Code).
- Understanding of user behavior and needs.
- Good German and English skills (at least B2 level).
- ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level or an equivalent qualification (ISTQB specializations desirable).
