About the role
- Project controlling: creating and maintaining schedules
- Cost control for the project across the various trades/disciplines
- Presentation of tasks, costs and timelines in standard status reports for management
- Coordination of tasks among project stakeholders
- Obtaining, evaluating and preparing proposals/offers for decision-making
- Project organization: conducting project meetings with coordination of dates, minutes and action-item lists
Requirements
- Technical understanding and the ability to prepare proposals for decision and present them to management
- Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in a technical area
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High self-motivation and organizational talent
- Confident user of MS Office
