About the role

  • Analyze, prepare, and visualize large datasets to support data-driven decision-making
  • Create and continuously improve dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure and optimize company performance
  • Identify trends and patterns in company data and translate them into clear, action-oriented insights
  • Support automation of reporting processes and develop Excel macros and pivot tables
  • Collaborate with various business departments to determine relevant metrics and improve business processes
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence tools and reporting systems
  • Assist with implementation and optimization of data models and databases
  • Ensure data quality and consistency within the reporting infrastructure
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes (CIP) to increase the efficiency and accuracy of data analysis

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
  • Solid expertise in data analysis and preparation as well as in creating KPIs and dashboards
  • Experience with Excel, especially pivot tables and macros
  • Experience with BI and reporting tools for creating and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations
  • Desirable: experience with SAP modules or business analysis
  • Good process knowledge and the ability to put data into the context of business processes
  • Excellent analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills to present insights clearly and support business units
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
