About the role
- Planning, installation and configuration of networks, servers and workstations
- Ensuring IT infrastructures run smoothly, performing regular maintenance and resolving faults
- Identifying and efficiently resolving IT issues
- Point of contact for users with IT questions by phone, email or on site
- Working on IT system security and protecting networks from cyber attacks
- Creating documentation for installations, system configurations and repairs
- Supporting the implementation of IT projects and the integration of new systems
- Gaining insight into the administration and maintenance of databases
Requirements
- A good secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss) or an equivalent qualification
