About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently contact primary schools by phone, in person, and, when necessary, during on-site meetings
Learn about OGS/OGT structures (after-school / full-day school systems)
After onboarding, transition into pedagogical work with children in courses and extracurricular clubs (AGs)
Lead STEM courses and workshops for children and young people aged 8 to 15
Serve as lead instructor or assistant, working alone or as part of a team depending on experience
Prepare and follow up on workshops, partly remotely
Manage and deploy the STEM activity kit
Help develop new content and contribute your own ideas and expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need

Genuine interest and curiosity in STEM topics, e.g., physics, technology, biology, or computer science
Enthusiasm for working with children and young people
Initial experience in child and youth work, educational support, or delivering workshops is an advantage but not required
Sense of responsibility, reliability, and team spirit
Self-initiative and creative thinking
Willingness to deepen your knowledge in STEM subjects
Excellent German language skills at native-speaker level
