About the role
- Preparation of business performance reports and key figures (KPIs)
- Analysis of cost structures and development of actionable recommendations
- Support in budget planning and forecasts
- Conducting planned vs. actual comparisons and profitability/economic-efficiency analyses
- Further development of controlling processes and tools
- Close collaboration with management and specialist departments
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Controlling or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in controlling, ideally in the food or agricultural industry
- Confident user of MS Excel and ERP systems
- Analytical thinking, structured working approach and strong affinity for numbers
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
