About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, leads, and account openings
Advise on the optimal media mix across online and offline channels
Lead and coordinate cross-channel marketing campaigns
Improve visibility across search, AI search, and other high-intent channels
Optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and lead nurturing journeys
Analyze campaign and funnel performance and translate insights into improvements
Collaborate with content, creative, SEO, PPC, analytics, and product teams
Stay ahead of marketing trends and identify new growth opportunities
Contribute actively to squad planning, prioritization, and strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing
Proven experience driving measurable growth through campaigns, search, conversion optimization, and funnel improvements
Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, CRO, lead generation, and customer journeys
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Strategic thinker who is also comfortable executing hands-on
Experience working cross-functionally in agile environments
Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
Native Dutch or strong Dutch fluency and excellent English skills
