About the role

  • Own and lead PPC strategy across all paid media channels, with a strong focus on display, programmatic buying, video advertising, and YouTube.
  • Execute and optimize campaigns to drive performance, scalability, and efficiency, ensuring continuous improvement in ROAS and other key metrics.
  • Develop and refine automation processes to streamline PPC workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Advise and collaborate with the existing team, upskilling them in display, video, and programmatic advertising best practices.
  • Work closely with data, tech, and creative teams to develop high-impact advertising campaigns.
  • Own the programmatic strategy, selecting the right platforms, partners, and technologies to drive growth.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring we adopt the latest innovations in PPC and digital advertising.
  • Provide regular performance insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on PPC experience
  • Strong track record in display advertising, programmatic buying, video advertising, and YouTube campaigns
  • Proven ability to scale and optimize paid media campaigns in international markets and across multiple platforms
  • Experience with PPC automation and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, able to build new processes from scratch and drive innovation
  • Ability to educate and support an existing PPC team
  • Fluent in German (native-level) and excellent command of English.
