About the role

  • Utilize your domain and technical knowledge to bridge the gap between stakeholders and the development team.
  • Collect, analyze, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable user stories and manageable tasks for continuous delivery of value.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and the product manager to refine the product backlog and maximize business value.
  • Support roadmap creation, sprint planning, and rolling-wave planning to address complex user needs over time.
  • Conduct acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements and deliver the intended impact.
  • Document project processes, workflows, and solutions, maintaining clarity and traceability.
  • Functionally lead the squad in the absence of the Product Manager.
  • Monitor and communicate progress, outcomes, and results of implemented solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical/product development role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, SCRUM practices, and backlog management.
  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking, capable of proposing innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Previous coding experience or SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and product design.
  • Previous experience in the fintech or financial services sector.
  • Experience using Shortcut or other Agile project management tools.
